Ashley N. Garcia, Esq. is a licensed attorney for the District of Columbia. 

In 2013, she graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies and a minor in dance. Immediately afterward, she attended Arizona Summit Law School where she received her Juris Doctorate in December of 2015.

During law school, Ms. Garcia worked at the Human Services Clinic which served the Downtown Phoenix homeless community. She assisted clients in matters relating to eviction, fair housing, and identity restoration. Later, she worked as a judicial clerk for the Gila River Indian Community Court where she was responsible for drafting and finalizing the self-help forms for Emergency Orders of Protection for minors and Petitions for an Appointment of Guardian for a minor.

 

Following law school, Ms. Garcia worked at a local personal injury firm where she focused on conservatorships for minors to protect their settlement and awarded interests until they reach the age of majority. 

Ms. Garcia has a passion for environmental protection and animal rights. She received an Excellence for the Future Award in Environmental Law and has a published article in the Arizona Summit Law Review regarding water scarcity in Maricopa County.

 

Lastly, Ms. Garcia is a Tempe native where she enjoys spending time with her family, including her Lhasa Poo, Jarvis. She has three young nieces whom she strives to ensure will enjoy the benefits of this beautiful planet as many generations have before.
